Our pick this week – a deep dive into Seattle accident data – tries to go beyond colorful visualizations to emphasize the importance of analysis while, ironically, including some excellent and colorful visualizations.
Airbnb has become a lightning rod of controversy in some cities. This issue includes two analyses of Airbnb data. One, from Airbnb, measures discrepancies in guest acceptance, and another looks for meaning in what’s missing from Airbnb data for two major cities.
